We do not guarantee that products will meet your exact expectations.

Payment must be received prior to order validation.

Please review your order before submitting, as it may not be possible to cancel once confirmed.

You declare that your purchases are for personal use and not for resale.

4.1 – Order Modifications

Following confirmation, you have a maximum of 1 hour to request a modification (address, items, sizes, or colors).

After this window, the order enters logistical processing and can no longer be modified.

Amelia Wellington does not guarantee modifications even within the timeframe, as this depends on order status and stock availability.

If the order has already been shipped, no changes can be made. You will need to await delivery and, if necessary, request a return.

Article 5 – Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have 14 days from the date of receiving the products to exercise their right of withdrawal, without needing to justify their decision.

Amelia Wellington extends a goodwill grace period allowing up to 30 days from delivery.

5.1 – Procedures for Exercising the Right

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must communicate your decision clearly and unequivocally via:

Consumers may use the standard European withdrawal form, though it is not mandatory.

Returned products must be:

• Unwashed

• In original packaging

Products must be returned within a maximum of 14 days following withdrawal notification.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer, except in cases of error by Amelia Wellington (defective or incorrect item).

5.3 – Refunds

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, Amelia Wellington will refund all received payments, including:

• The price of the products

• Standard delivery costs (excluding additional costs resulting from choosing a non-standard delivery method)

The refund will be issued within 14 days from the date Amelia Wellington is informed of your decision.

However, Amelia Wellington may withhold refunds until the goods are received back or proof of return shipment is provided, whichever comes first.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise.

5.4 – Exclusions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Personalized items

• Sealed goods unsuited for return due to hygiene reasons once unsealed

• Final sale or clearance items appropriately identified as such

Prices are subject to change without notice. The applicable price is that in effect at the time the order is placed.

Unless stated otherwise, prices do not include taxes, delivery fees, or customs duties.

You agree to provide accurate and updated information. You guarantee that:

• You are authorized to use them.

• Payments will be honored.

Article 7 – Shipping and Delivery

We are not liable for shipping delays. Estimated delivery times are indicative only.

Risk transfers to the consumer once physical possession of the products is taken.
